Food
Wales and seaweed go way back. One of our traditional dishes is Laverbread, and whilst it’s not eaten very much anymore, it’s still packed with essential minerals and vitamins fit for a miner.
In other parts of the world seaweed is eaten extensively, from straight-up raw to toasted sushi wraps. Because of its health benefits seaweed is making a comeback in the West.
